📦 Return & Replacement Policy

At Customize Your Book, each product is made uniquely for you based on the name and photo you provide. As every order is personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement for a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customizeyourbook@customizeyourbook.com, along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Returns or replacements are not accepted for errors in the uploaded name, photo, or design approval provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the damage is not verified or if the return window has passed.
